Consent

Prior to appointment; a consent form must be signed and agreed upon.

If you are UNDER the age of 18, a parent or guardian must give written consent prior to appointment. 

Deposits

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when making an appointment to secure your spot. This deposit will go towards your service.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services. Under certain circumstances we will give a discount off your next visit.

Cancellation/No shows

No shows are not tolerated and will not be able to rebook. It only takes a minute to quickly send us a message to reschedule or cancel.

We require 48 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. Last minute cancellations will not be given priority booking when rescheduling. We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur and we will take that into account, however multiple cancellations will result in refusal of service. 

Late Policy

15 minutes late = cancellation of appointment

Guest Policy

Please do not bring a guest to your appointment, we are a home based studio not a salon! We hope you understand.

Other Lash Artists Work

We will not fill another lash artists work. If you have existing lashes, a removal fee ($15) will be charged before starting a new set.
