Do eyelash extensions hurt?

They are applied using professional tools by isolating each lash, and adhering one extension to your natural eyelash for classic lashes or fans for volume lashes. Under eye gel pad are used to prevent discomfort and aid in application. It is important to go to a trusted certified lash artist as this will ensure that they are applying the correct weight and length of lashes to your natural lashes.

How do I take care of my lashes?

Clean lashes will lengthen the life span of your lash extensions. Failure to properly keep them clean will result in poor retention from oil and residue buildup; in which case may also compromise natural lash growth. Do eyelash extensions look fake?

Eyelash extensions can be applied to look anyway that you wish. Most reputable lash artists will be able to give you your desired look or very close to the style that you want. Sets are fully customized to the individual; from a very natural mascara look that will keep people guessing, to full blown drama with lots of length and volume, and anything in between!

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Most eyelash extension adhesives have a life span of anywhere from 3-8 weeks. Though, they will only last as long as your natural lash does. Like all hair on the body, your eyelashes grow in stages. It is normal to lose 1-5 natural lashes every day which is why a fill is recommended every 2-3 weeks. Do eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When applied properly, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. As certified lash artists, we maintain proper isolation of the natural lash and will apply an extension that is the appropriate weight and length. This ensures the integrity of your natural lash is not compromised. Eyelash extensions can be damaging if your lash artist is not using proper techniques. When selecting your lash artist, ask which techniques that they use. This will help in maintaining healthy natural lashes and also being able to enjoy extensions to the fullest extent.

Can I wear eye make-up with my eyelash extensions?

Yes! You can wear make-up with your eyelash extensions. When choosing makeup, it is beneficial to go with eyelash extension safe make-up. Extension safe makeup is oil free, usually contains sealers to prolong extension life and helps to work adjacent with your extensions for an optimal look. It is recommended to use a daily cleanser with make-up remover that is safe for your lashes to remove any residue at the end of the day, we also sell cleaners as well!

Can I wear mascara with my eyelash extensions?

Absolutely not! Some extensionists may allow appyling only to the tips of the extensions, but our recommendations is not to! Mascara closes all volume fans, and ruins the fluff! Mascara also is a very hard substance to remove from your lashes, it will cause your lashes to fall out faster then expected!
